Calvert & White we assist our customers in all aspects

design, floorplan development, blueprint preparation, obtaining

and construction. By providing this full range of services,
we make the homebuilding process as worry-free and enjoyable
as possible. We help you develop plans that take advantage
of your lot's topography and views and incorporate your
lifestyle and desires - and we accomplish this within your
home-building budget.
We choose to build only 6 to 8 custom homes per year so that we can give each home our undivided attention.
During his 12 years of building at Lake Oconee, Lowell White
has built over 100 custom homes and was selected to build
two Southern Living Idea Houses. He served on the Board
of the Southern Living Custom Home Builders Program and
on the Board of the Lake Oconee Area Builders Association.
