The process typically begins with the homebuyer selecting from among dozens of Calvert & White plans or more than 600 Southern Living home plans, many of them designed specifically for the lake environment and lifestyle. The selected plan is then used as a starting point for detailed designs that meet the homebuyer’s needs. The homebuyer is involved in each step of the planning and design process, selecting and modifying design features with the assistance of a professional interior designer provided by Calvert & White.
